Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Knowledge Management: Develop and manage the team's repository of precedent documents and template advice; monitor and update the team on UK tax legislation and case law developments.

  • Team Support and Training: Design and deliver a comprehensive training program for the team, ensuring they are current on legal, market developments, and sector-specific hot topics.

  • Client Engagement: Assist in creating pitches and presentations, and provide specialised training and knowledge services to key clients.

  • Operational Support: Write and update team guidance notes and respond to ad hoc queries to facilitate ongoing legal operations.

 

Key Requirements Include:

  • Ideal for candidates with 7+ years of relevant PQE

  • Expertise in the taxation of investment funds and their executives is highly desirable.

  • Require sound judgment and strong commercial awareness.

  • A passion for delivering first-class advice and service to the team is crucial.
