A prestigious international law firm is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Senior Conflicts Specialist/Advisor to join their elite business acceptance team. This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-level support to esteemed attorneys and ensuring the seamless intake of new business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest quality of information submission, process all business acceptance requests, and handle revisions to existing client and matter records.

  • Process new client and new matter forms, ensuring accuracy, and prepare and monitor submissions requiring additional approvals.

  • Create, update, and audit electronic information barriers and ethical walls, and research and prepare submissions for various internal committees.

  • Edit, update, and maintain client matter records in the IntApp OPEN database, and review and distribute daily and weekly reports.

  • Oversee the collection of required engagement and waiver documentation and serve as a technical and training liaison within the department.

  • Be available for urgent and confidential situations, including evenings and weekends.

This role suits someone with proven experience in conflicts searching and familiarity with online database research. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong public service orientation, and the ability to analyse complex information.
