Why Apply?

Shape the careers of talented lawyers in a top-tier corporate practice, working alongside partners, associates, and global talent teams.
- Make a visible impact, with a diverse, people-focused remit that combines lawyer development, work allocation, and talent strategy.
Embedded within the Global Corporate practice group, you will act as a trusted advisor to partners and lawyers across the team, coordinating development initiatives, guiding work allocation and resource planning, and supporting performance and career conversations. Monitor workloads and resourcing; review team utilisation and provide data-driven insights.

Oversee performance review processes and provide input into development feedback.
-
Advise lawyers on career progression, learning opportunities and individual goals.
-
Design and implement tailored training initiatives and induction programmes.
-
Collaborate with HR on wellbeing, overseas qualification pathways, and exit processes.
-
Support lateral and trainee recruitment in conjunction with recruitment and partner teams.
- Champion inclusion and team cohesion through targeted events and communications.
Who This Would Suit
This role would suit a qualified lawyer with at least five years' post-qualification experience, ideally from a corporate or transactional practice, who is ready to move into a people-focused role. You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational and analytical abilities, and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. You should enjoy working collaboratively, have a genuine interest in supporting career development, and be comfortable navigating change and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a new direction, supporting the development and success of high-performing lawyers at a global powerhouse. From coordinating work allocation to guiding careers and designing impactful learning programmes, your contribution will be valued and visible. If you're a commercially aware, people-minded professional looking for a fulfilling challenge, this could be your ideal next step.
