Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering intuitive knowledge tools, templates, guides, and internal resources
• Monitoring legal developments and delivering insightful, timely updates to the team
• Leading internal training and supporting external client training initiatives
• Collaborating with marketing to produce thought leadership and enhance market visibility
• Championing legal technology, AI, and innovative approaches to knowledge sharing
• Supporting firmwide KM initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Advising fee-earners on complex legal queries and encouraging a knowledge-led culture

Ideal for a qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ real estate experience, preferably spanning both contentious and non-contentious work. You’ll combine strong technical skills with commercial awareness, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for knowledge sharing. Experience in training, project management, or innovation will be highly valued, as will a passion for legal tech and continuous improvement.
