The Head of Conflicts will be responsible for leading and developing the regional conflicts function, providing expert guidance on conflicts clearance, compliance, and risk management. Acting as the senior escalation point for complex matters, this role will advise partners and senior business teams on conflict risks, balancing regulatory obligations with commercial objectives. The position also includes strategic oversight of policy development, training, and process improvement, ensuring the firm maintains consistent global standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UK & EMEA Conflicts team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex conflicts and client onboarding issues.
• Oversee the review, resolution, and documentation of conflicts for new business, clients, and lateral hires.
• Develop and maintain policies, processes, and training initiatives to enhance risk management.
