A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Finance Knowledge or Senior Knowledge Lawyer to play a pivotal role within its highly regarded Finance practice. The role primarily supports the London-based Finance team, advising leading UK and international banks, funds and corporates across aviation finance, real estate finance, banking, leveraged finance and restructuring. There will also be occasional collaboration with international offices where English law expertise is required.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cutting-edge technical knowledge of finance law and act as a trusted adviser on complex queries
• Develop, maintain and enhance finance knowhow, including precedents, practice notes and intranet resources
• Deliver practical current awareness and support cross-departmental knowledge sharing
• Coordinate and contribute to structured internal training programmes
• Drive innovation and efficiency through legal tech, document automation and GenAI adoption

This role would suit a qualified finance lawyer with strong technical expertise and a passion for knowledge and innovation.
