Based in London, you’ll partner with senior lawyers and knowledge specialists across multiple jurisdictions, leading initiatives to capture, refine, and share market-leading legal know-how. You’ll oversee the creation and maintenance of technical resources, deliver engaging training, monitor legal and market developments, and contribute to client-facing thought leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the finance group’s knowledge management strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Maintain and develop high-quality precedents, templates, and other knowledge resources.
• Keep the team ahead of legal and regulatory changes, providing clear and practical guidance.
• Design and deliver targeted training programmes for lawyers at all levels.
• Collaborate with business development on client-focused initiatives and thought leadership.
• Identify and implement efficiencies through legal technology and process innovation.

About You
This role would suit a qualified lawyer with 10+ years’ PQE in finance law, ideally gained at a top-tier international law firm. You may currently hold a senior knowledge role or be a senior fee-earner with significant experience in knowledge management activities. You’ll bring first-class technical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, along with a proactive and collaborative approach.
