You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a global data privacy product that delivers concise, practical insights to clients. This role combines legal expertise with commercial awareness, involving close collaboration with internal teams and external counsel to ensure the product remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with client needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commission and negotiate new legal memoranda with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Review, analyse, and summarise complex opinions into clear, accessible reports for clients.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and prepare horizon-scanning updates and alerts.
  • Maintain and update existing product content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support product development, client engagement, and marketing initiatives.

About You

This role would suit a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ experience in data privacy, either in-house or in private practice. Experience working with financial services clients or on cross-border matters would be advantageous. You’ll have strong analytical and drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to distil complex information into practical guidance. A collaborative communicator who thrives in a team environment, you’ll also be proactive, organised, commercially minded, and motivated by innovation and continuous improvement.
