• Leading and implementing the knowledge strategy for the Corporate team
• Drafting and maintaining precedents, how-to guides, and training materials
• Supporting legal and client teams on technical queries and updates
• Designing engaging legal training programmes and resources
• Contributing to thought leadership, client-facing content, and legal updates
• Collaborating globally to share best practices and drive innovation through tech

This role requires a senior corporate lawyer with 10+ years’ PQE, well-versed in private M&A and contract law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and research skills are essential, as is the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and drive knowledge initiatives independently.
