Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough conflict checks for new matters and corporate research.

• Analyse and interpret complex search results, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with the evaluation of relationships between entities and manage Intapp Walls.

• Support lateral hires and securities trading processes, ensuring compliance with firm guidelines.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in compliance, legal conflicts management, or risk, ideally within a major law firm.

• Strong organisational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
