As a Conflicts Administrator, you will play a key role within the Compliance Team, supporting the London and New York offices. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced professionals, focusing on conflict report management, corporate research, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough conflict checks for new matters and corporate research.
Analyse and interpret complex search results, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with the evaluation of relationships between entities and manage Intapp Walls.
Support lateral hires and securities trading processes, ensuring compliance with firm guidelines.
Essential Experience and Skills:
Previous experience in compliance, legal conflicts management, or risk, ideally within a major law firm.
Strong organisational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
