An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AML Analyst (around 2 years’ risk and compliance law firm experience) to join one of the world’s leading international law firms. As part of the firm’s established AML team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and financial crime regulations globally. You’ll conduct client due diligence, assess risks, and support enhanced due diligence processes for higher-risk clients and matters. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role offering genuine career development in a top-tier firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client due diligence and risk assessments on new clients and matters.
- Perform sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and watchlist screening, escalating findings as required.
- Support enhanced due diligence (EDD) and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Maintain internal compliance registers and assist with audit preparation.
- Liaise effectively with partners, associates, and other business services teams.
- Keep abreast of relevant regulatory developments and assist with procedural updates and training materials.
This role would suit an AML professional with around 2 years’ experience within an international law firm. You’ll have a strong understanding of AML/CTF/CPF requirements, excellent analytical and research skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail, sound judgment, and confident communication skills are key to success in this role.
