Join a globally respected US law firm as a Risk & Compliance Analyst and become part of a dynamic, high-performing team—all from the comfort of your home. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the legal compliance of a world-class practice, working on complex international matters while developing your skills in AML, conflicts, and risk management.

Why Apply?

  • Fully remote working: Enjoy true flexibility with a fully remote UK-based role.
  • Elite legal exposure: Work on high-value matters within an internationally renowned law firm.
  • Attractive compensation: Receive a competitive salary and benefits package reflective of a top-tier firm.

As part of the firmwide Risk & Compliance team, you'll play a key role in protecting the business from ethical, legal, and reputational risk. This role supports new client and matter intake, conflict checking, AML compliance, and broader risk processes. Working closely with lawyers and global business services teams, you’ll help ensure the firm’s obligations are met across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, summarise, and escalate findings related to conflicts, AML risks, PEPs, reputational issues, and other red flags
  • Perform conflict checks, client due diligence (CDD/EDD), and sanctions screening using tools such as Intapp Open and third-party research platforms
  • Manage the intake process for new clients, matters, third parties, and lateral hires, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support compliance with outside counsel guidelines, engagement letters, and audit responses
  • Respond to compliance queries and workflow requests from partners, attorneys, and legal support staff

Who This Would Suit

This role would suit a proactive and detail-oriented individual with at least two years’ experience in AML, (pre-requisite) plus risk & compliance, conflicts, or new business intake within an international law firm. You’ll be comfortable using compliance systems like Intapp Open and research tools such as Compliance Catalyst or Orbis. A degree-level education, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle competing deadlines are essential, as is a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their compliance expertise in a global firm known for its excellence, innovation, and inclusive culture. If you're ready to take the next step in your risk & compliance career—without sacrificing flexibility—this could be the perfect move.
