Key Responsibilities

• Keep the finance team informed of relevant legal and market changes by tracking developments and sharing practical updates
• Act as a point of contact for technical legal questions, offering clear and timely guidance when needed
• Coordinate training sessions to support learning and development across the finance practice, occasionally delivering content directly
• Help shape and manage a robust suite of finance precedents and knowledge materials to ensure consistency and quality
• Contribute to business development efforts by providing legal input and insight that supports client engagement and strategic initiatives

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with solid experience in finance law, ideally with exposure to areas such as fund finance, private credit, restructuring & insolvency, or capital markets. They will bring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a well-organised, proactive approach. A collaborative mindset is key, along with the ability to work independently and take initiative. While previous experience in a knowledge, PSL, or training-focused role is advantageous, it is not essential.
