The role involves working with colleagues across international offices to ensure AML processes are robust, consistent, and responsive to changing regulatory requirements. You'll also support audit readiness, systems development, and internal training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update AML client due diligence (CDD) packs, including reputational, ethical, and sanctions checks.
• Maintain accurate and consistent client records across global offices.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders internationally to deliver excellent service.
• Assist in preparing for internal and external AML audits.
• Support implementation of new AML systems and software tools.
• Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.
• Help identify opportunities to enhance AML policies and procedures.

This role is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented compliance professional with at least three years’ relevant AML experience, ideally gained within an international law firm or professional services environment. You’ll bring strong analytical, research and communication skills, and a practical understanding of UK AML regulations. Experience using tools like World Check and client intake systems is beneficial. You'll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and demonstrate a genuine interest in building a long-term career in AML and wider risk and compliance.
