Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on AML, sanctions, and compliance matters during new business intake, supporting partners, fee earners, and the Office of the General Counsel.
• Conduct risk analysis, monitor evolving legislation on financial crime, and develop policies and training materials to ensure firm-wide compliance.
• Oversee the quality control of AML tasks, mentor junior team members, and serve as a key point of escalation.
• Ensure adherence to firm policies, support audits, and report compliance matters to regulators.
