Conflicts Analyst - International Law Firm

This position sits within a dynamic and fast-paced Risk Management function, supporting the firm’s new business intake and conflicts processes. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the business to help identify, assess, and assist in resolving potential conflicts issues while ensuring compliance with professional obligations and internal policies. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting conflicts searches and reviewing new matter requests
• Analysing search results and preparing clear conflicts reports
• Assisting with the identification and resolution of potential conflicts issues
• Maintaining and updating conflicts databases and related records
• Liaising with lawyers and business services teams throughout the firm
• Supporting wider Risk Management and compliance-related projects
• Assisting with process improvements and systems-related initiatives where required

This opportunity would suit a detail-oriented and analytical individual with previous law firm experience gained within conflicts, compliance, AML or risk, (1 year +). The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Exposure to US conflicts rules would be beneficial, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. Experience with Intapp systems would also be advantageous.
