Why Apply?

  • Collaborative platform: Work alongside leading lawyers and global teams in a highly connected firm
  • Career differentiation: A role that blends legal expertise with innovation, training, and business impact

This position sits within a forward-thinking practice solutions and innovation function, working closely with partners and lawyers across the Americas. The successful candidate will act as a central knowledge resource, helping to develop and implement U.S. securities law strategy, while supporting lawyers through training, know-how development, and insight into legal and market trends, particularly within equity capital markets, IPOs, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in U.S. securities law, supporting lawyers on technical and practical queries
  • Design and deliver training programs for both U.S. and international lawyers
  • Monitor legal and market developments and produce client-facing updates and thought leadership
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance precedents, templates, and know-how resources

This role would suit a U.S.-qualified capital markets lawyer with at least 5–6 years’ experience advising on equity and debt offerings, including SEC-registered and private placements. A strong understanding of U.S. securities regulations is essential, along with exposure to cross-border transactions. Candidates will bring excellent drafting, research, and communication skills, as well as strong commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset. The ideal individual will be proactive, organized, and comfortable influencing stakeholders, with an interest in training, knowledge sharing, and innovation.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic, non-fee-earning role that sits at the heart of a leading capital markets practice. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with training, knowledge development, and innovation, supporting lawyers, enhancing client delivery, and contributing to the continued growth and evolution of the practice across the Americas.
